Landlords must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have legal rights to list the property
• Avoid misleading or illegal content

5. Boosted Listings

• Boosts increase visibility only
• They are time-based
• Payments are non-refundable
• No guarantee of results

6. Payments

• Handled via third-party services (EcoCash, etc.)
• We do not store payment details

7. Communication

• Users communicate directly
• We are not responsible for disputes

8. Prohibited Use

• No scams or fake listings
• No abuse or harassment
• No system abuse or scraping

9. Verification

Verification badges do NOT guarantee legitimacy.

10. Liability

Use of RentZim is at your own risk.

• We are not responsible for transactions or disputes

11. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to RentZim unless stated otherwise.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations.
